The
beach house of
265 m² features wooden, beige, off-white, blue, and green tones, conveying a rustic and natural energy that blends with its location, Riviera beach, on the São Paulo coast. The family, consisting of a mother, father, and their twin children, wanted a space that was practical and comfortable, perfect for hosting friends and family. And that's how
Sabrina Salles – from the cast of
CASACOR São Paulo – created the project.

In the social area, the architect brought a spacious and integrated space, with the practicality so desired by the couple: it is possible to relax on the sofas or have meals at the tables. Additionally, if the hosts wish to do something in the
kitchen, they do not have to leave their guests alone thanks to the open proposal of the layout.

The kitchen, with more sober tones and marble, has a beautiful view of the plants and the house's pool. The project harmonizes nature with the practicality guaranteed by modern equipment.

The lighter wooden panels, in addition to providing a brighter sensation to the social area, transform the living room without straying from the beach proposal.

In the
master suite, the architect maintained the aesthetic of the rest of the house in a comfortable and spacious manner.

The
couple's bathroom, also in the same color palette, is a relaxation project, as the residents requested.

In the boys' room, the wooden details continue, but were added with livelier colors. To ensure good space utilization, a custom bunk bed was placed in the corner of the room, leaving a free space for the boys to play or carry out other activities.

The guest room was designed to provide individuality for visitors. With its own bathroom and television, the room is the perfect combination of privacy and elegance.
