It is under this premise that architect Natália Coelho (from the CASACOR Bahia lineup) designs this beach retreat, where architecture sheds rigid barriers to definitively embrace the tropical landscape. The proposal bets on the total integration of spaces, dissolving the boundaries between inside and outside, making the horizon and the greenery outside an inseparable part of living.

The synergy with the surroundings dictates the rhythm of the material palette, meticulously chosen to sharpen the senses. The wood takes the stage with its welcoming texture, shaping and warming the interiors. As a poetic extension of the native vegetation, the green quartzite runs through the gourmet area, ensuring a fluid transition. To finish, touches of blue on the furniture highlight the lightness of the waters, injecting calm into the composition.

The social wing was designed as the heart of the project: living room, dining room, and gourmet area come together freely and organically, creating an atmosphere focused on relaxed gatherings among family and friends. Combined with this layout, immense glass frames flood the space with natural light and ensure cross ventilation, enhancing thermal comfort and the connection with the coastal atmosphere.

Guided by the premises of affective architecture, the project seeks a more practical, light routine in symbiosis with the environment. Every detail, from the intelligent layout to the subtle curation of finishes, converges toward well-being and the creation of memories.
