For the elegant, fun-loving couple with two children, the new home needed to reflect aesthetic maturity without giving up the vibrancy and festive spirit that define the family's routine. The unification of the units allowed for the creation of a layout where transparency and integration are the guiding threads: from the main living room, the view of the outdoor area is omnipresent, inviting the garden inside and ensuring that the apartment maintains the atmosphere of a ground-floor house.

The modern style guides the choice of a neutral color palette, serving as a blank canvas for the insertion of colorful and vivid elements. This duality allows the project to transition between the sophistication needed to host friends and the relaxed feel essential for everyday life with children.

The social heart of the project stands out for its elegance, but surprises with its versatility. A clear example is the dining table, designed for formal gastronomic moments, but which quickly transforms into a table tennis arena for the children.

The intimate area, composed of four suites, prioritizes thermal and acoustic comfort. The wellness sector is elevated by a SPA with a bathtub, creating a private healing retreat. The project also features two powder rooms and an additional bathroom.

The welcoming atmosphere is reinforced by a lighting design focused on indirect illumination, creating intimate settings that highlight the textures and furniture. The entire residence is automated, ensuring that technology works in favor of practicality.
