When a family decides to exchange their house for apartment living, the challenge is great: how to maintain comfort, integration, and, above all, a leisure area that is a true invitation to coexistence? With this challenge, architect
Erica Salgueiro – from the
CASACOR São Paulo lineup – transformed this
duplex penthouse into a tailored urban oasis for well-being and family fun.

"On the lower floor, we organized the more intimate and functional spaces, such as the
kitchen,
dining room, and the
bedrooms. The upper floor, on the other hand, was entirely dedicated to coexistence and leisure," the firm reports.

The second floor then gained
a dining table that transforms into a billiards table – a perfect invitation for leisurely moments! The
TV room resembles a true cinema, with a wide screen that promises total immersion.

The
gourmet area features a cozy barbecue. And outside, the outdoor space is a delight of its own:
there is a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and an outdoor living area designed for relaxation under the sun or starry nights.

The color palette reflects the personality of each project, creating a unique atmosphere throughout the penthouse. In the integrated
living and dining room, for example,
the timeless gray received pointed touches of navy blue, providing sophistication and lightness to the space. In the
kitchen,
navy blue dominates with personality, creating a contemporary and striking environment.

The
master bedroom follows a cozier path, with
sandy tones inviting rest and well-being. The
son's bedroom, on the other hand, opts for a
more urban and youthful palette, with gray and black as protagonists. And in the
leisure area, which is the standout feature of the project, the choice was for
wood, sand tones, and moss green, especially in the outdoor furniture and the sofa.

To optimize the family's routine, practicality was crucial. Highlight for the sintered slab present on all countertops, a material resistant to high temperatures (up to 400°C), which combines durability and beauty. Finally, the entire apartment features an automation system and the landscaping was carefully planned to reinforce the sense of well-being.
