The apartment, which occupies a generous area of 642 sqm within the Hotel Fasano complex, is the result of merging two units, transformed into a sanctuary of conviviality, fluidity, and sophistication.

To serve a family that loves entertaining, the original eight-suite layout was reconfigured into seven spacious bedrooms. The absolute highlight is the master suite, a true private retreat equipped with individual closets and bathrooms, ensuring maximum privacy.

The visual narrative of the entire project is led by a palette of sand, beige, and off-white tones, punctuated by blue nuances that mimic the sea. At the heart of the social area, one element steals the show: the rug designed by the architect herself. With a gradient that softly transitions from earth to ocean, the piece works as a sensory frame that anchors the living room and brings the landscape underfoot.

The choice of materials reflects a precise balance between aesthetics and technical resistance, essential for seaside living: the Italian porcelain tile, with a texture reminiscent of sand, ensures visual continuity and practicality. The light wood and linens, in turn, bring the warmth needed so that the project, although spacious, remains welcoming.

The integrated social area — composed of living room, dining room, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with a central island and wine cellars — reinforces the spirit of celebration. Every detail, from the light fixtures to the salt-air-resistant metals, was curated to sustain a "private hospitality" experience. "We wanted every choice, from colors to furniture arrangement, to be an invitation to rest and to gathering", defines Juliana Cascaes.
