Two united apartments create a contemporary home with a privileged view of the sea

The transformation of this apartment was born from the desire of a couple with two children for a spacious, elegant, and functional home that reflected their personality and lifestyle. The starting point of the project signed by Daniela Andrade – from the cast of CASACOR Bahia – was the unification of two recently completed properties by the construction company, which allowed for a generous and personalized floor plan. "The briefing requested a clean and contemporary project, with touches of boldness and visual comfort. To this end, we carried out a complete reconfiguration of the original floor plan, resulting in an open, fluid social area bathed in natural light, with a full view of the sea. The integration between living room, dining, bar, and balcony was essential to create this atmosphere of freedom and sophistication," says the professional. The custom-designed cabinetry is one of the highlights — both for its functionality and its light and precise aesthetics. Another highlight is the climate-controlled wine cellar with backlit onyx stone lighting, which became the centerpiece of the social area, bringing personality and visual impact. The materials were chosen based on light tones that interact with the view and enhance the feeling of peace. Marble, natural wood, vertical panels, and designer furniture compose the aesthetic language of the project.

The lighting project reinforces the volumes and lines with embedded LED profiles, minimalist pendants, and focal points on key elements, such as the kitchen island and the headboard of the master bedroom. The apartment features four suites, a closet with a lit vanity, and a living area that embraces the landscape. Every detail was designed to deliver timeless elegance and real comfort for everyday life.
