Contemporary design and instagrammable projects define a 290 m² apartment

This interior design project signed by the office Romário Rodrigues Arquitetos - from the cast of CASACOR São Paulo - for a couple of entrepreneurs living in the Meireles neighborhood in Fortaleza (CE), reflects the balance between contemporary luxury and family functionality.

With 270 m², the apartment recently delivered was transformed into a fluid and sophisticated living space, specially designed for the habit of hosting and the residents' content creation routine.

Through a meticulous curation that blends iconic pieces of national design, such as the Mole armchair by Sérgio Rodrigues in emerald green and armchairs by Giuseppe Scapinelli, the projects gain personality without sacrificing visual cohesion.

The interior architecture uses a neutral base composed of off-white, beige, and gray tones, enriched by a rich mix of textures and noble materials.

Notable is the strategic use of marble in transition porticos and American oak, which covers panels and the ceiling of the balcony, providing the necessary warmth for a home that houses two daughters of different ages (2 and 10 years).

In addition to the integrated social areas, the project includes personalized bedrooms that respect the growth phases of the children and instagrammable spaces with lighting and aesthetics aimed at digital production.
