An important highlight of the project is a large wooden cube that serves as a connecting element between the projects. The structure not only defines the access to the entrance door, suites, and social area, but also allows the home theater to integrate with the living room or the bedrooms, depending on the privacy needs of the owners during social events. The fundamental premise of the project was to make the apartment suitable for hosting both large parties and small gatherings.

The living room, which is the main social area, was designed with furniture by renowned designers such as Sergio Rodrigues, Oscar Niemeyer, and Irmãos Campana. Benches were placed along the walls and between the supporting pillars to accommodate guests during social events.

For more intimate gatherings, a small library was created, equipped with a card table, armchairs, and a coffee table. The spacious dining room features high-quality furniture, including a David Weeks lamp, a table from Micasa, and Oscar chairs by Beto Salvi.

The interior identity of the apartment reflects the contemporary style of the owner, who prefers straight lines and a more neutral color palette. Wood plays a fundamental role in creating a cozy atmosphere in all the projects.
