The interior renovation project, carried out in a newly delivered unit, had as its core premise the total integration of the social projects to reflect the family's lifestyle, which prizes the pleasure of entertaining and a passion for art. The floor plan was redesigned to create a fluid social area, where the living room and home theater connect harmoniously to the open kitchen , ensuring visual breadth and functionality.

One of the project's major distinguishing features is its intrinsic connection with the outdoors. Located on the third floor, the apartment uses large openings to frame the green of the tree canopies, bringing nature into the projects and promoting a sense of lightness and well-being.

To sustain this natural atmosphere, the color palette favors warm neutrals, which serve as a serene backdrop for the residents' impressive art collection, including works by Tomie Ohtake, Artur Lescher, and Abraham Palatnik. The materiality reinforces this concept of timeless elegance, with a highlight on the use of Italian porcelain tile across the entire floor and gray quartzite on the kitchen island, a material that unites durability and aesthetic beauty.

During execution, essential technical adjustments were made to the electrical and plumbing systems to make the new layout viable, and the customized lighting enhances every architectural detail.
