The biggest structural challenge was the absence of original floor plans of the condominium, which required careful inspection of the beams and pillars to enable the opening of spans. Originally with three bedrooms, the layout was reconfigured so that one of the bedrooms integrated with the living room as a home theater, while the kitchen was completely opened to the social area. The intimate corridor gained functionality with the creation of an office in the recess of the TV room, and the service area was optimized to accommodate a second full bathroom and a larger laundry room.

In it, a central island of almost 7 m made of Tiffany Green quartzite becomes the axis of socializing in the house, complemented by pau ferro woodwork and a tensioned canvas ceiling that provides diffuse and uniform lighting.
