The renovation focused on making the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and gourmet area more functional, welcoming, and aligned with the intense use that a beach house requires. New coverings were chosen for the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and gourmet area, in addition to expanding the pool, some suites, and the couple's bedroom, which received larger windows for more light. Doors and openings were also enlarged to favor the entry of natural light and integrate interior and exterior. In the outdoor area, the back focuses on the pool, the sauna, and the new covered gourmet area — one of the main requests from the residents, who wanted to host friends comfortably — while the front of the house features a large garden.

The beach atmosphere guided the entire project conception, translated into natural materials, nautical references, and a light palette. Elements such as biriba pergolas, porcelain tiles in sand tones, pebble stones, and Diore texture on the walls reinforce the connection with the surroundings. The use of blue in strategic points — especially in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms — resonates with the sea and brings freshness to the projects, while touches of burgundy add relaxation. All the cabinetry, designed by the architect in freijó pattern, ensures visual unity and comfort, while the white polyester curtains with cotton bring lightness.

The decoration follows a contemporary style inspired by nature, with new and resistant pieces, designed for the goings and comings between the pool, sea, and social projects. One unique item carries history: the china cabinet, originally a wardrobe of the client's grandmother, restored and adapted to occupy a prominent place in the dining room, preserving the family's emotional memory.
