The project organizes the main house into two floors: the ground floor houses an integrated living room and dining room, kitchen, pantry, hall/gallery, intimate room, suites, and service areas, while the lower floor is dedicated to a game room. At the lowest part of the lot, a leisure annex integrates a gourmet space, sitting areas, restrooms, and a pool.

The architecture emphasizes natural materials and construction solutions that reinforce the connection with the surroundings: the mixed structure of concrete and steel beams is finished with wood, present in frames, doors, panels, and pergolas. The basalt chippings flooring and the natural straw ceiling in the pergolas add texture, rusticity, and warmth. The ceiling height in the social area follows the inclination of the roof, reaching 6.15 m at its highest point, enhancing the entrance of natural light and the feeling of spaciousness.

The decoration, entirely new, harmonizes materials, colors, and textures through key choices, such as the caramel leather sofa and the Brazilian marble dining table. The palette is predominantly neutral, highlighting wood and stone, with touches of vibrant colors in decorative objects that create personality. Highlights in the social area include planned lighting, a walk-in wine cellar, and integration with the porch and outdoor areas. In the leisure annex, the natural stone pool, colorful furniture, and natural straw ceiling reinforce the cozy character, while the marble countertop and Isla from Guatemala add sophistication.

The concept of the house prioritizes coexistence on different scales, from intimate moments by the fireplace to larger gatherings in the gourmet space and at the dining tables. The biggest challenge of the project was adapting the architecture to the unevenness of the terrain, a task that, according to David Bastos, "was resolved fluidly, without setbacks." The result is a contemporary residence with a cozy rustic touch, which combines integration with nature, use of natural materials, and solutions designed for family comfort and coexistence. The project, including decoration, was developed over four years, from 2020 to 2024.
