From the lineup of
CASACOR Paraná,
Estúdio Elmor was chosen to lead the renovation of an
apartment in
Curitiba (PR) with the mission of creating an elegant refuge for clients who appreciate tranquility and good moments of reading. The project, with a total of
237 m², was carefully designed to bring comfort and contemporaneity.
To compose the layout, architect
Jorge Elmor bet on areas dedicated to reading with comfortable armchairs, well-lit shelves, and side tables. Cozy corners were designed to stimulate moments of introspection for the residents – mother and daughter. In the lighting section, soft lights and decorative elements encourage contemplation.
With a
neutral color palette and the presence of natural wood, the
Paraná white marble flooring adds a touch of luxury and timelessness to the project, maintaining the softness of the neutral base.
With a strong presence, the
custom furniture takes center stage, giving a unique and sophisticated identity to the space.
Personal style elements, such as works of art, family photographs, and meaningful objects, were integrated to add a unique and personalized dimension to the apartment.
The highlight of the project is the library integrated into the suite, specially designed for gatherings among friends of the book club. A door that divides the spaces offers the residents the convenience to open and close the projects, ensuring privacy when necessary.
Inside, strategically positioned poufs provide comfortable seating during gatherings. A solution that, in addition to adding practicality, also creates a projects welcoming and suitable for literature-focused meetings.
