Located next to Ibirapuera Park in São Paulo, this apartment provides an experience of living in harmony with nature amidst the São Paulo capital. Designed by the Patricia Martinez Arquitetura office – from the CASACOR SP lineup – this project combines elegance and comfort and, in 350 m², offers a privileged view of the treetops through the large windows of the living area. In addition to connecting the residents to the natural landscape, these openings allow for an abundant entry of natural light, amplifying the sense of well-being.

Natural elements merge with the casual aesthetic, highlighted by the oak slat ceiling in the living area, one of the client's main desires. The same material also covers the walls of the gourmet space, which serves as a support for dinners and harmoniously integrates with the dining room.

The porcelain tile flooring and the presence of materials such as metal and glass add a contemporary touch to the design. The soft color palette, composed of beige tones and green details, conveys serenity and sophistication.

The curation of the furniture was carefully crafted to reinforce the elegance of the apartment. Highlights include signed pieces, such as the Agulha sofa by Zanini de Zanine, and the May armchairs by Jader Almeida. Both are low furniture, strategically chosen to preserve the visual spaciousness of the space and add different textures to the projects. The selection also includes the pendant Lina Bo Bardi in the dining room and metal tables in the living area, from Estúdio Orth.

The cabinetry was custom-designed with a personalized design to meet the residents' needs. In addition to the spacious living room, which serves as the central point of family life, the apartment features an office and three suites. The master suite, in shades of gray, was conceived as a decompression space for the couple, promoting comfort and tranquility.
