Located in Setor Bueno, in Goiânia, this apartment of 130 m² designed by architects Expedito Bezerra and Lucas Panobianco, from the Bezerra Panobianco firm and part of the CASACOR Goiás lineup, is the architectural translation of a lifestyle that combines technical precision and artistic sensibility. Designed for a young couple consisting of an artist and an engineer, the property underwent an interior renovation that prioritized the full integration of the social area, eliminating visual barriers to create a fluid, functional space deeply connected to the residents' contemporary identity and geek universe.

The inspiration for the project came from the desire to balance industrial aesthetics with maximum comfort. Without making structural changes, the architects used a sophisticated palette of materials, where burnt cement and MDF in graphite tones establish an urban base, while the ironwood cabinetry brings the warmth necessary for everyday living.

In the social area, which encompasses the living room, dining room and kitchen, visual unity is ensured by bold choices, such as the TV wall in a deep tone and the kitchen ceiling in burnt pink, which creates a striking contrast with the Mont Blanc Quartzite countertop and the dark cabinetry.

Functionality extends to the support and transition spaces, such as the breakfast area, which gains vibrancy with a green bench, and the powder room, transformed into a standout space through the use of geometric finishes that evoke the graphic patterns of tiles.

In the private areas, the couple's suite maintains an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere, while the home office and guest suite were adapted to meet the couple's productive and hosting needs.

The project's distinctive feature lies in the curation of meaningful elements. The decor is punctuated by a personal collection of action figures, science fiction books and artworks, with highlights for the sculptures by Marcos Sertânia and Samuel Angelo.
