The residents of this 3,767 sq ft apartment love big cities and metropolitan life and already had many references from Manhattan when they sought the architect
Barbara Dundes, from the cast of
CASACOR São Paulo. "They wanted Brazilian elements and contemporary pieces in the space. And, since they are tall, the furniture has been adapted to their measurements," says the professional.

The hall stands out for a wide corridor where the
gradient sculpture by artist Davi José creates a dynamic visual experience. The door trim is made of stone. In the
living room, there is a mix of design pieces and sophisticated materials:
sofa signed by Ricardo Bello Dias, shelf with niches designed by Barbara herself, marquetry coffee table, painting by Daniel Mullen, stretched canvas on the walls, and a sculpture-lamp by Antônio Bernardo.

The
kitchen combines functionality and aesthetics with a central island that can adjust and turn into a suspended countertop, adding versatility to the projects.

With a palette of colors in shades of pink, the
daughter's room was designed to accompany the girl's growth. It features high furniture for greater comfort and a TV installed in the ceiling to optimize the space. The
bathroom has been given a large window and an integrated sound system.

The
master suite was designed for the couple's comfort.
It features a high bed, a double headboard with a wood and leather panel, and a TV embedded in the ceiling. The nightstands with silk rattan and a wooden desk for a home office complete the projects.

One of the main challenges of the project was the absence of windows in all the bathrooms: the problem was solved with the restructuring of the layout to allow the entrance of natural light. The lady's bathroom is clad in travertine, has a bathtub, elongated sink, and fixtures by
Guilherme Wentz. Indirect lighting and a large front mirror create a SPA atmosphere. Finally, the gentleman's bathroom, in shades of gray, features dark-colored furniture. [gallery-abril id="204589" type="slider" showtitle="undefined" data-restrict="false"]
