The renovation project of this apartment with 130 m² in Jardins (SP) was executed by Fernanda Negrelli Arquitetos - from the cast of CASACOR São Paulo and developed for a couple in their 40s, passionate about the equestrian world (she is an architect; he is a professional rider).

The main goal was to create a cozy, timeless, and eternal home, inspired by the chic, unpretentious style of Ralph Lauren Home. The starting point for the color palette – dominated by fendi, caramel, and white – was the fireplace, clad with Dark Vigo stone.

The biggest challenge of the renovation was optimizing the original layout, which had many "bumps" and a small and narrow kitchen. The solution was to expand the kitchen into an area of the living room and to transform the cuts in the layout into useful areas, ensuring ample storage without weighing down the décor. The American style is noticeable throughout the design.

The renovation included a complete overhaul of the electrical and plumbing systems for the installation of fixtures and appliances, automation, and climate control. Natural materials prevail, highlighted by travertine marble on the floors, fendi-finished American oak on the walls, and the use of caramel leather and white linen.
