Slatted panels that camouflage projects, open shelving that connects rooms, and the organic fusion between the living and the fitness area on the balcony mark this project by Consuelo Jorge, part of the CASACOR São Paulo lineup

Answering the request to renovate the social area of this apartment of 120 m², located in São Paulo, the integration of the projects was the choice of architect Consuelo Jorge – from the CASACOR São Paulo roster – to bring more comfort and enhance circulation within a space that includes a home theater, dining, living room and a gourmet balcony.

To reflect the homeowner’s modern personality, a high-performance triathlete who loves to entertain, Consuelo joined a fitness area to the balcony, which blends organically with the living room through sliding glass panels that define the boundaries and can be closed when necessary. The project received the John sofa, Noronha armchairs and coffee tables, all pieces by OVOO.

The subdued palette that moves between blue, gray and black, combined with signature design furniture, such as the Chaix sideboard by estudiobola and the Icon shelving by Jader Almeida, used to integrate the home theater with the living room, creates a modern, sophisticated atmosphere whose finishing touch is the slatted panel that camouflages the front door and the powder room and even houses a built-in wine cellar.

In the dining room, the highlight is the marble wall, which ensures elegance and a connection to the balcony. In the living room, the Leblon bench by Índio da Costa and Vitra’s Slow Chairs bring the social area to life, resulting in a contemporary project with abundant natural light.
