The conceptual key of the project was the integration of the social area, essential for maximizing the perception of space. To achieve this, the terrace was incorporated into the projects, significantly enlarging the area of the living and dining areas.

"We wanted to create a space that was both elegant and cozy. We worked a lot with wood and marble because these materials bring a sense of naturalness and sophistication that never goes out of style, says the office.

The original distribution of three bedrooms was altered, with the conversion of one bedroom into a home theater. This decision freed the main living room to be entirely dedicated to socializing, without the function of a TV.

Addressing the couple's need for flexibility, the integration between the living, the kitchen, and the TV room was mediated by efficient sliding doors. This solution allows the projects to be fully connected for social events or closed for greater privacy and isolation.

As the clients were very fond of materials with veined stones, the texture appears on several surfaces and interacts with the tauari wood flooring. Also highlighted is the translucent onyx of the sink counter with interior lighting.
