This renovation led by architect
Beatriz Quinelato – from the cast of
CASACOR São Paulo – transformed the
apartment of
75 m² in the Brooklin neighborhood (SP) into a luxurious and complete unit, designed for high-end rental.

The investor owner sought a contemporary and sophisticated aesthetic, but with the coziness of home, prioritizing a palette of light and neutral tones. The main guideline of the project was the enhancement of the panoramic view from the 42nd floor, which became the focal point of the new distribution. (Gisele Rampazzo/CASACOR)
The renovation was intense and focused on optimizing spaces and functionality. The most significant change was the complete removal of the frame that separated the balcony from the internal area, allowing for the integration of the social area. The original layout was reconfigured to create a single generous master bedroom of 17 m², positioned between the two existing pillars, in addition to a living room and a multifunctional entrance hall and office. The cabinetry made of oak MDF is key to the project, with curved shapes that bring lightness and mimic functionalities. In the kitchen, all appliances are embedded and the service area was discreetly addressed: a concealed laundry with a sculpted sink and washer-dryer was created in the corridor of cabinets, utilizing the infrastructure of the kitchen. For the flooring, the choice of a unique and organic porcelain tile throughout the apartment ensures visual spaciousness. The concept of linearity and fluidity is maintained in all projects, with an emphasis on cozy lighting and texture on the walls.
