The renovation of the property catered to a series of requests from the new owners, such as a very well-lit painting studio, a less formal dining table, and an open kitchen to host their guests.

To compose the look of the apartment, the architect started from a palette of neutral tones, such as beige, terracotta, saffron, and sand (except for the kitchen, which has green lacquered cabinets), combined with natural materials such as wood, marble, leather, and linen. For the finishes, she coated the floor with Navona Travertine marble, also replicated on the bench and walls of the wet areas, including in the winter gardens. [/caption> "We have the sofa from Estudiobola, armchairs by Jorge Zalszupin, the Nero Marquina coffee table, the suede pouf, the Saarinen table, and the Cesca chairs," lists Sophia. Among the artworks, the highlight is the painting by Pernambuco artist André Cunha, positioned over the shelf in the living room, and the photograph by Roberto Wagner, above the sofa.
