197 m² was completely revamped by the Brasília office

CASACOR Brasília team.

The clients wanted bright, spacious spaces with a contemporary feel. The project also had the premise of meeting the family's busy daily needs, as they love to have friends over on the weekends.

For practicality, easy-to-maintain coverings were chosen, such as porcelain tiles for the social area. In the private area, the wooden floor brings warmth.

"Enclosing the balcony ensured its use throughout the year, but by maintaining the original frame, we were able to provide thermal comfort on colder days, which is quite common in São Paulo," explains the architect. With the same aim, a fireplace was installed in the living room.

The neutral base of the project in beige tones is contrasted by the warm colors present in the leathers and fabrics of the designer furniture.
