Located in the Anália Franco neighborhood of São Paulo, this
apartment of
227 m² combines functionality and aesthetics with interior architecture carefully crafted by
Tetriz Arquitetura, an office led by architects
Renata Veronesi and
Danielly Vasconcelos and part of the
CASACOR São Paulo exhibition.

The client dreamed of a cozy apartment to host guests. "The resident is a businesswoman living alone, very family-oriented, and enjoys welcoming them at home with ambient sound. She also wanted to keep some family items such as
paintings and books that bring her joy," explain the professionals.

To meet this demand, the Tetriz team drew inspiration from the client's references, which included rustic and sophisticated elements. "Through the analysis of the client’s references, we proposed color options such as
mustard yellow and blue along with lighter wood to bring lightness and tranquility to the eye," they say.

Every detail, from the organically designed sofa in the living room to the artworks, such as the
birds by artist Rapha Preto and the paintings made by the client’s mother, were carefully selected to complement and personalize the space.

The cozy and versatile living area was designed within the palette and style preferred by the resident. The space, suitable for work, reading, or even hosting guests, blends colors and materials such as wood and marble.

The
dining room, predominantly white in tones, exudes a light and inviting atmosphere. The chairs, featuring wooden details, harmoniously complement the space.

The
kitchen, with more muted and delicate tones, does not compromise the aesthetics implemented throughout the house. Using the same style of wall marble from the living area, the space combines modernity with functionality, in a layout designed for the flow of people.

In the
main bedroom, one of the highlights is the horse paintings – a passion of the client – and the chandeliers, which were repurposed from her former residence and innovatively placed beside the bedside table. The bed and headboard were custom-made, as well as the upholstered tables.

The wooden panel in the bedroom adds a touch of coziness, interacting with the cabinet doors to create a sense of warmth and welcome. These tones complement the salmon wall, where a small grooming area was positioned.
