With only 29 m², this apartment signed by the Ricardo Abreu Architecture office – from the CASACOR São Paulo – was designed for investment and rental. The client's desire was a complete transformation of the property's layout with full utilization of the compact area, a layout that valued the privileged view opened up to the neighborhood from the 35th floor along with very welcoming and contemporary design.

The ceramic coating was the starting point for this project. With the expectation of high guest turnover, the ceramic provides ease of maintenance and cleaning, significantly reducing the total cost of the work.

"We covered the headboard of the bed, created a bench in the dining area to reduce the need for more chairs and, in the kitchen, designed shelves and lateral closures made in a drywall system, also covered with ceramic," says the office.

The projects are separated by complementary colors: the kitchen is light yellow, the floor is green and rises to the headboard of the bed, and in the dining area, the bench is dark red, dialoguing with the main color that covers the walls.

The integration is also favored by the curved and sinuous lines present in the ceiling and the cabinetry. The Fullgás neon sign is by Fabrício Scarcelli.
