A refuge after a busy day, home is more than just a place where we live - it is also a temple to recharge our batteries and relax . This whole philosophy also applies to spas, so there is nothing more fair than creating this space in your own home. A Spa Day is a day dedicated to self-care, and having this routine at home can make the experience even more welcoming. With this in mind, we have selected a step-by-step guide to help you create this period of relaxation from the moment you wake up until the moment you go to bed.

Do some stretching or yoga in the morning

Stretching in the morning, even for 10 minutes , will help loosen your muscles and help you start your day in a lighter and calmer way. While exercising, it's worth thinking about positive things for the day.

Before going to bed, it's worth changing your bed linen to something new, clean and fragrant. It may not seem like it, but this simple change can have a huge impact and improve the quality of your sleep .

How about replacing the screen (whether it's your cell phone or the TV) with a book? Reading before bed is beneficial for your health and well-being and helps you sleep more peacefully , as it gradually puts your brain into rest mode.
