Paris Photo 2024 , the largest international art fair dedicated to photography , returns to the Grand Palais in Paris from 7 to 10 November with 240 exhibitors from 34 countries. The event brings together leading galleries, renowned artists, collectors and enthusiasts from around the world to celebrate the art of photography.

The 28th edition will feature a program of exhibitions, book signings and talks, showcasing both established and emerging photographers. The centenary of Surrealism and Robert Frank in 2024 will be celebrated at Paris Photo with a special program, including an exhibition curated by Jim Jarmusch , a solo show by Robert Frank at Pace, and tributes by Thomas Zander and Steidl .

The fair also features important figures such as Hiroshi Sugimoto, Charlotte Perriand, Richard Avedon and Tyler Mitchell , while the Prismes section immerses viewers in monumental works such as August Sander 's People from the Twentieth Century and Anton Kusters 's installation on memory.

Themes of human connection, friendship, and identity are explored through works by Boris Mikhaïlov, Marie Katayama, Carmen Winant , and others, emphasizing an experimental approach that blends history with contemporary reflections on the self and collective memory.
