Works of art are great allies when it comes to
giving personality, presence and originality to your home . Whether through paintings, sculptures, prints or photographs, it is undeniable that art gives a new meaning to
décor . And there is no shortage of examples of this. at
CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2021 , an exhibition open to the public until November 15, where original works signed by recognized names in the artistic scene highlight the
30 environments of the edition .
Art with reference
Discreet or striking, sculptures have the curious power to
awaken new sensations in those who observe them. This is the case of
"Vectors", by Ana Paula Oliveira , one of the pieces that draws the most attention in this year's exhibition and which refers to the famous Greek statue Discóbolus. The sculpture is included in the decoration of the
Adega Office , a project designed by Sérgio Coelho and Daniel Sampaio.

At the
Mediterranean Balcony , Sarita Ávila included in her
décor sculptures from the "
New Life " series, from the Arter Atelier collection, which uses
industrialized materials abandoned over time , in a language accentuated by volumes and textures.
Frames with stories
On the walls,
paintings also help – a lot! – to create harmony in spaces. The works of photographer
Ana Isméria and visual artist
Maysa Pettes exhibited at CASACOR are proof that it is possible to create a
range of narratives through this new vision. of art.

In the
Espaço Viver Bem Perplan , designed by the duo Roberta Alonso and Mariana Oliveira, the paintings from the series "
Egregora ", by Maysa Pettes, and the photographs from "
Meio tom ", by Ana Isméria, help to highlight a lifestyle, creating a harmonious space, which conveys a feeling of comfort and sophistication.

In the House of the Collector of Moments, by Quintino Facci, the work "
Faces de Eva " also helps to tell the story of an
environment inspired by the resistant and affectionate female figure .
