The
Design Museum in London has announced that it is ready to resume activities and visits, which are scheduled to take place on the last Friday of July, 31st. The reopening will be marked by an immersive exhibition that will explore the universe of electronic music and its connections with contemporary design, fashion and art. Titled
Electronic: From Kraftwerk to The Chemical Brothers , the exhibition will transport visitors to a nightclub — an audiovisual experience that will feature a lot of technology, elaborate effects and, of course, a lot of music.
https://vimeo.com/341863415 Additionally, the exhibition will feature legendary artists Jeff Mills, Daphne Oram, Jean-Michel Jarre, Kevin Saunderson, Juan Atkins, Frankie Knuckles, Suzanne Ciani, Bjork and Aphex Twin. Works by artists Andreas Gursky, Christian Marclay and Jeremy Deller will also be on display. presence; as well as designers Peter Saville, Designers Republic and Charles Jeffrey.
