The 2025 edition of
CASACOR SP shows that
artistic paintings can go far beyond the frames on the walls. Stairs, halls, bathrooms, and passages stand out with
original murals — many of them handcrafted especially for the spaces. In
different styles and techniques, the designs help reinforce the concept of each project and prove their potential as a
decorative resource. Below, we have gathered the murals that stand out the most among the 73 projects of the exhibition.
Fernanda Zulzke Interiores - Winter Garden
One of the highlights of Fernanda Zulzke's 35 m2 project is the artistic chinoiserie painting on the walls. The classical style mural conveys delicacy to the anteroom, perfectly harmonizing with the handcrafted wooden furniture, ceramic vases and lamps, and various species of plants. Daniela Funari Arquitetura - Corner of Stories and Colors
In addition to the space that invites CASACOR SP visitors to read and rest, Daniela Funari is responsible for one of the stairs along the way. The project is inspired by the dopamine decor trend and includes colorful murals on the huge pink walls, under the talent of artist MENA. Recanto de Histórias e Cores - Daniela Funari Arquitetura. Meneghisso & Pasquotto - Nature in Essence
The 27 m2 bathroom was inspired by the partnership and congruence between architects Mariana Meneghisso and Alexandre Pasquotto, partners for 20 years. To this end, the architecture combines elements associated with the masculine and the feminine – having the concept for the hand-painted fabric mural by artist Juliana Pelegrinello. Pedro Coimbra - Vertical Gallery
More than a passage between two floors of CASACOR SP, Pedro Coimbra's metal staircase was elevated to the status of art gallery. While the red color refers to MASP (designed by Lina Bo Bardi), the works that compose the space are creations by artists Dudu Garcia, Yacunã Tuxá, Rodrigo Bivar and Fiona von Fürstenberg. Traço 8 Arquitetura - Dreamlike Trail
The hand-painted wallpaper by Dominique Jardy serves as the artistic backdrop in the bathroom of Traço 8 Arquitetura. The mural gathers various elements of nature, in a way that "camouflages" amongst the various species of plants and the large windows that frame the Água Branca Park. MAAI Arquitetura Integrada - Living Cycle
The drawings of nature are also present in the mural that occupies one of the walls of the MAAI Arquitetura Integrada project. The proposal by architects Arnaldo Pinho, Monica Pinto, and Isabel Veiga is to imagine the coexistence between past, present, and future through sustainability.
