Until June 22, 2025, the
Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil São Paulo hosts the project "
Anexa_CCBB: Mimetic Movements", a multilingual artistic occupation conceived by the cultural producer Cinnamon, under the curatorship of Lia Vissotto. The proposal transforms the annex space of the CCBB into a
true sensorial ecosystem that is innovative, inspired by the biological phenomenon of mimicry. The initiative explores the boundaries between
art, nature, and
technology, promoting reflections on coexistence, sustainability, and environmental impacts.
Among the highlights of the collective exhibition is the Atelier Marko Brajovic, which presents two unprecedented works developed in 2025. The first one, "R.N.A. (Adaptive Natural Resonance)", investigates decentralized structures of "anarchitecture", creating a manifestation in constant mutation. Simulação 3D do "R.N.A. Inspired by the RNA molecule, the work questions the rigid patterns of contemporary urbanism and proposes a new architectural model, fluid and in permanent transformation. With unstable and ambiguous forms, the installation invites the public to reflect on the relationships between space, time, and architectural evolution. The second work, "Reflections and Reflections", is a video poem recorded during a navigation on the Rio Jauaperi, in the Amazon. The piece establishes a dialogue between the reflections of the river landscape and reflections on the ecological relationships of the forest. With a phenomenological approach, the video mixes pulsating images of the forest with sounds captured from the author's heartbeat, creating an immersive experience that transcends the visual to explore the essence of the relationship between man and nature. The program also includes interactive and immersive works that utilize artificial intelligence, bioarchitecture, and recyclable materials, in addition to a food fair dedicated to local production and agroecological practices. The public will be able to participate in a cycle of lectures with renowned artists and thinkers addressing topics such as environmental regeneration and sustainability. "Anexa_CCBB: Mimetic Movements also integrates practical actions of environmental responsibility. One of the highlights is the Ponto Fair, which strengthens the local food system, promoting sustainability, transparency, and traceability. Additionally, there is a electronic waste collection point as part of the work Corrosive Beauty, by artist Giselle Beiguelman, which ensures the proper disposal of materials.
