Casa Cor PR 2015: architect promises to mix art deco with Miami Beach

Architect Carla Kiss, who is participating in Casa Cor Paraná for the seventh time, will design Studio Miami Beach this year, a 36 m² space that accommodates an integrated living room, kitchen and bedroom. “The intention is to show how a multifunctional space can be designed, with all needs met, in a small area, between 25 and 50 m², a profile that is increasingly common in the Brazilian real estate market”, explains architect Carla Kiss. The inspiration for the project is unusual: a mix of Art Deco with Miami Beach. But how will this appear? In the colors and patterns, the architect guarantees. The base of the project is white with emphasis on the blue patterned wallpaper and a curtain in the same shade, indicated as a highlight of the Pantone palette 2016.

The entire space is automated by a tablet, meaning that the activation and control of the lighting intensity, curtains and TV lift are controlled by a single device. There is also a concern to use less energy in this project, starting with the lighting. , all executed in LED.
