Digital artist and designer
Andrés Reisinger has begun a collaboration with
Dior Beauty on a new series of
digital artworks inspired by Gris Dior, the flagship fragrance of La Collection Privée Christian Dior. The partnership also includes art direction for the Gris Dior Gallery digital platform.
This work by Reisinger
reflects the ethos of the maison : both the digital gallery and the new series of artworks depict
the present and future of Dior Beauty and have been translated into a digital garden of Eden. Additionally, the products continue Reisinger's journey in creating new experimental possibilities for "
Collectible Digital Art ."
The ethereal mood conveys the maison's legacy,
interpreting Christian Dior's passion for gardens and flowers , while nodding to the boldness personified by Gris Dior. In the environment, several portals give access to different realms dominated by Reisinger's new digital art works.
“How do you interpret the present and future of a world like Dior? How do you interpret time, for such an eternal and timeless world? Flowers were, are and will always be part of our collective imagination, accompanying and making our daily lives more graceful simply by the fact that they exist.
I united my understanding of Dior perfumes with my affection for flowers in an experience that could portray the values I recognize in both:
grace, movement, generosity ," declares Reisinger.
Each new work of digital art embodies an aura that brings together, through shapes, textures and colors, the notes of Gris Dior, thus inviting the user to
imagine the aroma evoked by the work of art . The new artworks were unveiled at a
pop-up art gallery in
Los Angeles in early April and can be viewed on the new Gris Dior digital platform.
