Each space presents a careful curation of pieces signed by artists and artisans from Sergipe and the Northeast region, who imprint on their creations the beauty of time, memory, and tradition. Names that shape and soul the works and talents that make handicrafts a living and pulsating language.
Originating from municipalities such as Aracaju, Divina Pastora, Poço Verde, Nossa Senhora das Dores, Santana do São Francisco, and Barra dos Coqueiros, these creators transform clay, stone, fiber, thread, sand, wood, and leather into tangible poetry. Their hands translate the nature, the daily life, and the spirituality of a people who resist and reinvent themselves with each creation.

"Valuing the artisan is to recognize the essence of our territory. Each piece that composes this year’s projects carries a story, a way of living, and a dream sown by the hands of those who transform matter into art. It is a way to show that Brazilian design is born from our culture and is strengthened in the union between tradition and contemporaneity," emphasizes Mercês Souza, director of CASACOR Sergipe.
(Gabriela Daltro/CASACOR)
