In this edition of CASACOR Rio , art is even more in evidence: there are three site specifics curated by Vanda Klabin created especially for the Rio edition, an exhibition of photographs and a varied selection of works that enrich the 48 environments of the exhibition. In O Baile do Agora , Adrianna Eu uses more than five million strands of red sewing thread, as well as elements such as old wooden hangers and sewn hearts to create a spatial intervention, which symbolically represents a ball based on its encounters and disagreements. . The work is interactive and can be appreciated and experienced at Espaço Gafisa, designed by Gisele Taranto.

Ursula Tautz created Arquus Nocte , which recreates the sky of the equinox on September 22nd to celebrate the arrival of spring. Next, the artist René Machado transposed one of the polyptychs from his new Compositions series onto a 15-meter panel. The work is located on the third floor of the Fashion Mall, in an area that can be visited even by those who have not purchased a ticket for CASACOR Rio de Janeiro .

Anyone walking through the corridors on the second floor can also check out the photography exhibition Floresta de Bolso , a solo exhibition by Sergio Zalis and curated by Christiane Laclau. The work was developed using the focus stacking technique, in which the same scene is captured several times, each time with a different focal point.

In addition to these three site specifics , the show's cast handpicked the works that fill the environments . In the Collector's Studio | Espaço Coral, for example, Chicô Gouvêa pays homage to Jones Bergamin, from Bolsa de Arte, and features works by big names on the national scene such as Volpi, Rubens Gerchman and Iberê Camargo.

Architect Paola Ribeiro also focuses on renowned artists: at Living CasaShopping, there are pieces by Vik Muniz, Richard Serra and Portinari highlighted.
And it's worth noting the Casa do Agora environments, by Rafael Mirza and Rodrigo Cardozo who invited Chris Laclau to curate the art; and Infinito Particular, by the duo Izabela Lessa and Fernanda Zanetta, who brought a careful selection of contemporary works made by Heloísa Amaral Peixoto.
