Using a variety of techniques, two artists were the main attraction last week at CASACOR Rio Grande Sul 2019. The exhibition, which remains open to visitors until September 8, presents an exclusive collection of works of art in its 49 environments. One of the highlights, is the space designed by architect Renato Moraes de Mello, which exhibits works by big names such as Tarsila do Amaral, Djanira da Motta e Silva, Di Cavalcanti, Carybé and Burle Marx.
It was in this environment, Sala com Arte , that the visual artist and architect Wagner Costa, carried out a charcoal drawing session with a live model. The journalist Eleone Prestes, participated in the action of capturing image and essence through the portrait.
Architect Daniel Wilgues welcomed artist Guilherme Soffi, who painted the Studio Slim space in real time. A fan of Soffi's work, Daniel wanted to use this action to evoke the emotional memory of classic paintings that contrast with the modern tone of the space. . CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2019 When?
