With architectural design by
Marley Gerav and interiors designed by
Aline Borges - from the
CASACOR SP 2024 cast -, this house in Uberlândia (MG) has
430 m² and was built for a young couple with two small children, who were looking for a home with personality with
dark tones and
living spaces to receive friends, enjoy wine and listen to good music.
“They wanted a fully integrated living space with a good flow. The inspiration came from the client’s many trips to places with modern architecture, but without leaving aside the
rustic touch ,” says Aline.
The starting point was the
gourmet space : the residents' choice of
black stone guided the choice of all the other finishes, such as the Whiskey MDF on the internal walls and the wood chips on the external side.
The
kitchen receives natural light through a large window that opens onto the garden. A large dark wood panel separates the room from the gourmet space and also conceals all the access doors to the private areas.
“For me, lighting is the strong point, the chosen system integrates point, diffuse, asymmetric lighting modules, among several beam options”, concludes Aline.
