Success at CASACOR São Paulo, Casa das Sibipirunas is mentioned in designboom

The unique architecture, marked by the design of natural light between the metal beams and the incorporation of the two trees already existing in the environment, made Casa das Sibipirunas one of the most celebrated projects at CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Designed by Otto Felix , the house was cited in several architecture portals around the world, including designboom . The residence redefines minimalism, organizing a living room, kitchen, dining room, suite and bathroom in 250 m². With many designer pieces, the furniture establishes the same language, elegant and without excess, reinforced by a warm color palette. . Otto Felix brought elements and works by local artists to the project, such as the ceramic vases by Cacá Deleva.

Inspired by the ceramic floors of historic buildings in São Paulo, the architect recreated the pagination of shards with Roman travertine marble, reused from leftovers from a marble factory. The project's preferred material, marble appears on the kitchen countertop and in the suite's bathroom, where emerges organically from the ground. Its irregular appearance gives it the appearance of a ruin, with an air of artistic intervention. -[newsletter]
