In the green heart of Salvador, a new construction promises to become a true landmark of music and architecture:
the Neojiba Rehearsal Room. Designed by the Swiss studio
Leopold Banchini as a donation to the project, this innovative structure combines the
robust elements of brutalism with the lightness of nature, which appears here as a structuring part of the project. Located in the
Parque do Queimado, the room emerges as a
musical sanctuary that seems to float over the lush Atlantic Forest.

Designed for the Bahia Youth Orchestra, the room prioritizes
high-quality acoustics, in addition to celebrating the
connection with the natural projects. Its bold form, molded in concrete, was carefully thought out to
ensure that the sound reverberates in the best way possible. But what really sets it apart is how it elevates on supports, allowing the circulation of air and light to create a vibrant and airy
project.

The musicians rehearsing in this incredible space not only enjoy superior acoustics, but also have the opportunity to
contemplate the tropical landscape around them. The height of the structure is not just an aesthetic issue; it
enriches the musical experience, bringing the beauty of the forest directly into the heart of the creative process.

The new Neojiba rehearsal room is a place that promises to inspire not only musicians, but everyone who has the opportunity to visit it. The
harmony between architecture, music, and nature creates an inspiring space that celebrates the most beautiful aspects of Bahian culture and invites everyone to imagine a future where art and nature coexist in perfect symbiosis.
