In an area of 3,000 m² in the green space of the
José Gomes Sobrinho Cultural Space , one of the main postcards of Palmas, the award-winning
Sainz Arquitetura office took on the challenge of signing the implementation of
Janelas CASACOR Tocantins 2022 . The duo Eduardo Sainz and Lilian Sainz, architects behind the office, state that the implementation project was designed to bring architecture to an urban scale, generating
comfort and
humanization throughout its entire route.

In this way, the arrangement of the containers and environments was designed in an inorganic and dynamic way, creating a
simple and fluid atmosphere . The tones chosen for each module are among the earthy tones.
Eduardo Sainz is an architect, graduated in 2009 from the Universidad Mayor del San Simón with a Master's degree in Technology, Administration and Management in Civil Construction. Son of an architect father and an interior designer mother, he developed his skills in the field even before entering college. He stood out at college by winning design awards and moving towards academic areas. Between 2009 and 2010 he was a professor at the UMSS School of Architecture. In 2010 he moved to Brasília, where he met his partner Lilian. and together, in 2012, they founded 1:1 arquitetura:design – currently SAINZ arquitetura –, which has since gained national and international recognition with several awards, lectures and publications. He is currently responsible for the Creative Direction of the office.
