The image of a dragon was the starting point for this restaurant located in Tenerife, Spain. Designed by the studio
estudi{H}ac , the establishment is called Ladon, just like the 100-headed animal that protected the Garden of the Hesperides in Greek mythology.

With a
color palette consisting of
gray, earthy, green and red tones , the project received volcanic stone walls and floors, copper structures, black scale-shaped ceramics and a large image of a dragon's skin in the lobby.

The dragon’s fire is symbolized by an open grill located in the center of the restaurant. When lit, the flames are visually complemented by two rows of red chairs that accompany the central tables and represent the heart of Ladon.

On the outside,
latticework with different textures represents the traditional craftsmanship of Tenerife, while the dark flooring is reminiscent of the Spanish island's famous volcanic black sand beach.
