Discover the world's tallest residential future, in Balneário Camboriú

The Senna Tower , a future landmark of world architecture, promises to transform the skyline of Balneário Camboriú with a tower over 500 meters high, becoming the tallest residential building in the world. Inspired by the career of Ayrton Senna , the project is a tribute to the spirit of overcoming, reflected in its architectural form, which symbolizes the continuous search for human ideals.

Conceived by several talented hands, the artistic concept for the tower was developed by Lalalli Senna, niece of the legendary driver, who conceived the building as a representation of the “Hero’s Journey”. With ascending lines and a striking silhouette, the structure is divided between the material and the celestial axis, a dialogue between reality and ideals , reinforcing the narrative of transformation and improvement that Ayrton Senna personified.

The monumental tower stands out not only for its height, but for the way it integrates art, engineering and design . There will be 228 residential units, distributed in different typologies ranging from apartments to suspended mansions, with a diversity of sizes and layouts that express luxury and comfort. The architecture seeks to maximize the panoramic view of the city and the sea , while creating spaces for living, leisure and immersive experiences. Among these areas, the public will have access to entertainment and gastronomy spaces, as well as an immersive tribute to the legacy of Ayrton Senna .
