Designed by
Conrado Ceravolo , this house in Trancoso (BA) is a true tropical refuge: strategically located in a condominium of semi-detached houses, it became not only the summer residence of a couple with two daughters, but also an option for rent of season.
The project is distributed between the
main house and the small building : in the main area, the TV
room and the spacious
kitchen are harmoniously integrated into the leisure area, providing an immersive view that extends from the entrance door to the back.
At the back of the property, the small building was preserved and transformed into two guest
rooms , highlighting not only the functionality of the house, but also the attention to privacy and comfort for visitors.
To enhance the connection with the local atmosphere and incorporate the rustic and Bahian aesthetic,
the office used pieces created by local artisans in the decoration .
The
thatched roof with polycarbonate not only adds a typical touch, but also creates a fresh and welcoming environment, in full respect of the surrounding characteristics.
Uneven stone floors add charm .
