At the clients' request, the designer sought to achieve the desired visual style –
minimalist and elegant, but with simplicity – by applying
burnt cement to the floor and part of the furniture. “We made the bed bases and bedside tables out of masonry. We used cement boards to obtain a more delicate thickness and to make the TV room rack and the benches, covered with cement cream,” says Cacau.

For example, in the gourmet kitchen, access to the toilet and laundry room is hidden by large oak panels with straw. The same happens in the bedrooms, where the panels separate the bedroom from the bathroom, camouflaging the entrance.

Another highlight of the project are the
skylights in the living room, hallways and bathrooms; which
optimize the use of natural light , giving a feeling of spaciousness and integration with nature.

“Central lighting provides
a welcoming and
light feel when well designed. Together with the architects in charge, we came up with the idea of bringing in this natural lighting to
give space . We used biribas underneath, which created a
beautiful shadow effect that changes with each step. minute, depending on the incidence of the sun”, explains Cacau.

Finally, in the bathrooms, the highlight is the burnt cement, which was also used at the client's request, and the rustic stones that run along the walls.
