Gramado-based developer Wert Estada & Co. has launched its newest real estate project in Serra Gaúcha, Rio Grande do Sul:
Gorjeio Gramado , the first luxury residential development that brings together the architecture firm of the
OSPA group and the acclaimed and award-winning Brazilian designer
Jader Almeida , who is responsible for his first project in RS.
Located in one of the most exclusive and valued neighborhoods of the mountain city, Bavária, the apartments will have 135 to 225
m2 of private area, with three to four suites. In the common areas, a SPA, Gourmet Lounge and a Garden with infrastructure complete the charm of the development.
The
architecture will have a unique façade that highlights the straight and
robust lines of nature , completely covered in moledo stone. The architectural design for the project was based on an analysis of the neighborhood and the development will have a
contemporary reinterpretation of Bavaria .
With a focus on privacy,
nature will be the protagonist with large stone planes marking the spatial limits between the units, steel details and enclosures with frames, terraces or flower boxes, in exposed concrete.
Jader’s signature brings to Gorjeio a balance between materials, colors and textures, a simple and organic geometry, in pure forms with a timeless aesthetic. “We created a product with lasting value while maintaining its essence. The furniture brought movement to the spaces that, following its contemporary vision, will facilitate the use of the environments.
We also combined works of art by Jader Almeida throughout the development and, in the entrance hall, there will be a work by the artist Mitushi”, highlights Giovani Ghisleni, director of Wert Estada & Co.
