Having lived on a farm for years, the owners wanted to have enough space to welcome friends and guests in a comfortable and relaxed environment. The person chosen to make this dream come true was architect
Otto Felix , from
CASACOR São Paulo .
The 650 m² floor plan is uncluttered and open to the outside, integrating the greenery and the landscape. The large amount of
natural light and the
integrated spaces are the highlights of the project, according to the professional.

Brazilian
design is the star of the decor and residents opted for established pieces, such as the Mole armchair by
Sergio Rodrigues , and works by new names, such as the Pantosh chair by the Rio de Janeiro studio
Lattoog , and furniture designed by
Jader Almeida from Santa Catarina.
