Brava Publishing, in partnership with the platform Urban Refuge, announces the release of the book "São Paulo Buildings – Special Edition 10 Years", a volume that marks the official closing of one of the most relevant series dedicated to documenting Paulist architecture. The publication celebrates a decade of continuous research, stringent curation, and photographic records that helped broaden the public's perspective on the built heritage of the country's largest city. Over the years, the collection "São Paulo Buildings" has established itself as a reference by gathering historical information, architectural analyses, and images of iconic buildings that compose the urban landscape of the capital. The special closing volume functions as a definitive edition, bringing together the best of this editorial journey. With over 300 pages, the book presents a compilation of the most iconic buildings previously published in the three earlier volumes while also incorporating a selection of unpublished buildings, broadening the repertoire and offering new interpretations of the city. The project was conceived by Matteo Gavazzi, with production and photography by Milena Leonel. The book also features contributions from Emiliano Hagge and Carolina Mossin, along with texts by Mário Rodrigues Jr. and invited guests, who provide reflections on architecture, urbanism, and Paulist memory. The result is a work that balances research, visual narrative, and editorial content, engaging both specialists and the public interested in city and culture. The project began from a Facebook page and quickly gained prominence by breaking fundraising records in crowdfunding campaigns on major platforms in Brazil. The success fueled the launch of other titles, such as "São Paulo and Its Houses" and "Buildings of Brazil", which expanded the scope of architectural mapping beyond the capital. These works are now part of the collection of the Library of Congress, highlighting the reach and international relevance of the initiative. With this final volume, "São Paulo Buildings" not only closes a cycle of significant editorial impact but also consolidates a meaningful cultural legacy. The collection has contributed to transforming public perception of the city's architecture, stimulating interest in the preservation of heritage and reinforcing the importance of urban memory in constructing São Paulo's identity.
