Next to Paulista Avenue, the Rosewood – housed in the former Filomena Matarazzo Maternity Hospital building (1943) – is a hotel that deserves attention. Designed by French architect Jean Nouvel , the architect created a counterpoint of the most modern, with touches vintage with furniture in wood tones. This solution, combined with the lighting, gives a more cozy atmosphere. Those who do not want to stay at the hotel can enjoy the restaurants and bars Le Jardin , Blaise , Taraz and the Rabo di Galo bar.

The theater brought the combination of natural light , through the large glass wall glass, with stage and artificial light.
