The historic Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze is Tivoli Hotels & Resorts' newest hotel in Italy. This luxurious 16th-century palace, located in the historic center of Florence , opens its doors after a complete two-year renovation of the property.

Originally made up of two historic buildings belonging to two Florentine aristocratic families - the Gaddis and the Arrighettis - Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi is a living testament to a noble past, with unique historical and artistic treasures such as frescoed rooms, paintings by artists and art objects, many of which date back to the 16th century.

The building features typically Florentine architecture and has been recently renovated by interior designers Patrizia Quartero and Guy Oliver , preserving the character and noble spirit of its Renaissance history, and with the help of the work of expert restorers and local artisans.

Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi has 86 rooms , including eight suites, that combine authentic period furniture and Florentine art with contemporary comfort and functionality. The presidential suite has a panoramic terrace with stunning views of the cathedral and the city.

Rooftop Bar Aria has one of the best views of the city and the cathedral. With a menu designed by executive chef Iside de Cesare, this space is perfect for having an aperitif before dinner, a refreshing cocktail inspired by Florentine gardens and delicious snacks, such as the traditional bolla, which always reveals new filling flavors to delight the taste and the senses.

The cozy lobby houses the Milton Bar , named after one of Palazzo Gaddi's most illustrious guests, the poet John Milton, who found inspiration in this space to write his masterpiece "Paradise Lost" during a stay in 1638.

Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi is within walking distance of Florence's main cultural attractions, including the cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Piazza Michelangelo, the Medici Chapel and the San Lorenzo market. The hotel is also a few minutes' walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and a 20-minute drive from Amerigo Vespucci Airport.
