One of the largest metropolises in the world, where the "grey" atmosphere of pollution and buildings dominates,
New York has gained a monument to facilitate
pedestrian passage that featured an
ecological construction : a new wooden bridge of almost
200 meters .
The connection was created to
facilitate pedestrian mobility around the
Lincoln Tunnel : a road with several ramps, concrete barriers and chaotic traffic. The L-shaped suspension bridge is
183 meters long and runs from the
High Line to Moynihan Train Hall . The former is a major
tourist destination, receiving more than 8 million visitors per year (before the pandemic).

The trail is a very wooded treasure, which makes the short walk pleasant and offers stunning views of the city. (With information from Archdaily).
