Before the reopening under the new brand, the current structure of the Hotel Marina Palace will undergo a complete renovation. The project includes updating the facade and interiors, adapting the building to contemporary standards of international hospitality, while repositioning the property as a new landmark in the urban landscape of Rio's southern zone.
The Rio de Janeiro was chosen for the return of Four Seasons to Brazil due to the combination of architectural heritage, natural landscapes, and vibrant cultural life. The city was the first to receive the title of World Capital of Architecture from UNESCO and is home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Christ the Redeemer, as well as an extensive array of cultural facilities and public spaces.

In this context, the Leblon waterfront has been undergoing an urban requalification process, with investments in infrastructure, mobility, and public space use. The arrival of Four Seasons reinforces this movement and contributes to consolidating the neighborhood as a hub for hospitality and leisure.
The Four Seasons Hotel Rio de Janeiro at Leblon will feature a structure focused on community and welfare, including a restaurant with an original menu, a bar, and a rooftop pool with a sea view, as well as areas dedicated to a spa and activities by the beach. The architectural project seeks to balance the original character of the building with contemporary design solutions, prioritizing functionality, comfort, and integration with the surroundings.
